- Ideate and execute on marketing strategy
- Create and manage marketing campaigns
- Create and publish marketing content that includes managing company website and social media accounts, writing and publishing blogs, press releases, white papers, eBooks, case studies, webinars, and videos
- Design graphic elements of marketing materials
- Develop service offerings, sales enablement content, and promotional materials
- Identify strategic partnership opportunities and coordinate partner marketing efforts
- Organize exhibitions at trade shows and conferences
- Ideate and execute account-based marketing (ABM) based on persona, industry, region, and revenue
- Maintain an understanding of enterprise software ecosystem, namely Epicor Kinetic ERP and its competitors, and position solutions appropriately as SaaS, On-Premise, and Hybrid offerings
- Build brand awareness through product positioning and audience engagement
- Manage customer, prospect, and lead databases
- Oversee prospect and lead list segmentation
- Produce drip and automated email campaigns with the intent to convert prospects
- Collaborate with Sales and Product Managers to generate leads and achieve sales targets
- Establish and grow industry relationships
- Support conference opportunities such as sponsorships, panel inclusion, and speaking engagements
- Marketing project management
- Analyze and report on marketing performance
