MDM Admin

PETADATA is looking for an

• Candidate must be responsible for Administration, Configuration, Setup up, Deploying, Fixing/Troubleshooting, Managing and Decommission of the MDM environments.
• Candidate must be responsible for proposing MDM solutions and deploying apps on devices, configuring apps policies, Setup restrictions on devices.
• Candidate must be responsible for managing Enrollments and De-enrollments of devices.
• The candidate must be responsible for tracking and Maintaining device inventory in the MDM environment.
• The candidate must be responsible for managing configuring MAM policies for devices.
• The candidate must be responsible for working on MDM certificates.

• You should be able to Troubleshoot Client Device issues with Email and other apps and policies issues with diagnosis and resolution.
• You should administer and maintain MDM Installation and configuration at the Client's level 3 and above support.
• You must Perform Device audits, and track audit logs of devices.
• The candidate should work with a team of engineers to plan, design, develop, build and deploy new MDM solutions.
• To prioritize and execute MDM /MAM tasks in a time-sensitive environment.
• You should be able to do document the solutions, processes, and procedures used in the setup, maintenance, and administration of the MDM solutions.
• Work with in-house development teams in the successful distribution and upgrades of our various applications for mobile devices.
• Be a mentor and work with other vendors and on-site vendors that support the MDM, Microsoft Office 365, and telecommunication systems.
• You should have Level 3 support experience, Should have the ability to help and lead other teams members to help fix issues MDM issues on mobile, and be able to rule out if the issue is related to MDM or phone device

• Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience required MDM Admin with massaging.
• Candidates should have a History of a good working experience on Airwatch, Jamf, Mobile IRON, Microsoft Intune, or Good for mobile or other MDM solutions.
