Medical Customer Service Rep

Description We are in the non-profit industry, based in Charlotte, North Carolina, and we are seeking a dedicated Medical Customer Service Representative. This role primarily involves working outside at blood drives, managing partnerships, and developing new business opportunities. The position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, Customer Service, and Client Reporting, among other skills. Part-time and full-time roles are available, but weekend and evening availability is required for all applicants.Responsibilities: Engage with donors at charity and community events as part of the customer service function Handle customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Assist with client intake and maintain accurate records of all interactions Utilize Microsoft Office Suites for data entry and reporting tasks Collaborate with team members to organize and execute successful blood drives Adhere to all company policies and procedures, maintaining professional conduct at all times Continually update job knowledge by participating in training opportunities Support the team in achieving monthly targets and objectives Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process Perform other duties as assigned by management.Requirements Weekend and evening availability REQUIRED Experience in creating and maintaining Client Reports Experience in organizing and participating in Charity Events Ability to engage and participate in Community EventsRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
