Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Membership Administrator in Raleigh, North Carolina. The role centers around the non-profit industry, where you will be tasked with various administrative duties, including customer interactions, and managing schedules. This position requires a meticulous individual who is capable of handling sensitive information and maintaining accurate records.Responsibilities: Organizing and managing schedules, including arranging meetings Handling all customer inquiries and conflicts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction Processing and maintaining customer credit applications and records accurately Setting up and managing presentations for executive management Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary Regular interaction with other support staff to ensure smooth operations Preparing and arranging reports and financial data for review Managing and coordinating travel arrangements for staff Utilizing skills in Calendar Management and Scheduling Appointments to ensure smooth operations Ensuring all calls are monitored and appropriately directed to the relevant departments. Requirements Proficiency in Calendar Management is required. Experience in Scheduling Appointments and managing calendars is essential. Must have strong administrative skills and experience in a similar role. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. Experience working in a non-profit organization would be advantageous. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Demonstrated problem-solving skills. Experience working with membership databases is desirable. Must have a customer service orientation and ability to work with diverse groups. Knowledge of the non-profit sector and membership organizations is beneficial. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Demonstrated commitment to the values and mission of the non-profit sector.
