The Merchandise Planning Manager - Innerwear is responsible for planning and executing the financial strategies to meet or exceed top sales, margin and inventory plans for DTC channels – eCommerce & Retail. The incumbent will be responsible for disciplined Open to Buy management.

  • Develop and execute merchandise financial plans to the Brand and Category level by month
  • Manage OTB to ensure discipline and react timely to business needs
  • Consistently trend and forecast receipt and inventory need to meet or exceed sales plan
  • Lead efforts on Sku Assessment deep dive to recommend go forward assortments by sku by store
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal business leads and outside vendors
  • Lead analyst team to consistently evaluate model stocks and make appropriate adjustments weekly
  • Develop replenishment budgets
  • Consistently evaluate space productivity to build the optimal assortment
  • Provides reports and performs analysis to buying team to implement strategies and project sales, margin, and expense performance
  • Create a team environment that fosters new and innovative ideas
  • High School Diploma Required
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent years of comparable experience
  • Proficient in excel and financial data-based systems
  • 4-6 years of experience in demand planning, OTB management, JDA or EP planning systems
  • Demonstrates strong solutions-based skill sets
  • Solid decision-making skills with the ability to influence others
  • Highly organized
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrates the ability to lead positively through change
  • Takes accountability for business and actions to drive results
  • Proven track record of positive results and OTB discipline
