Molding Pre-setter LG4

BASIC JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:Review machine layout per Team Lead assignmentResponsible for safe operation of molding machines and auxiliary equipment as assigned.Perform visual/dimensional inspection of products, machines, and molds criteria as required.Package and label parts as required.Responsible for quality and quantity of work produced.Allocate supplies needed to operate assigned machines, e.g. labels, supplies, pans, etc.Review mold change schedule; interface with department and tool room personnel when gathering supplies for mold changesGather supplies for mold changes- auxiliary equipment molds, tools, raw materials etc. Maintain a clean and organized work area and complete 5S dutiesPerform daily housekeeping of assigned machines, and auxiliary equipment.Place orders for parts or supplies through tool crib.Perform material handling functionsMay be required to work in other departments and in other job classifications.Responsible for other duties as assigned
