Create,transform,and integratetransactional data between existing and new applicationincluding Core Merchandising, Purchasing, Inventory, Sales Audit, Replenishment and more.The team is engaged in a multi-year transformational project to implement the best-in-class applications, enabling a "Passion for Customers. Passion for Yes.Successful candidates will be strong background in the retail domain.They must understand the processes of supply chain related to retail.Able to analyze, map, and document designs that can be handed to the development team for coding.The candidate should be able to review canonical models for new and existing applications to produce mapping and designs for the integration of a transaction.The ideal candidate is one that is not only passionate about software development and software architecture but also focus on business needs and customer experience. The day-to-day work is interesting, challenging, and fast-paced!EXPECTATIONS- Candidates should have experience work in an iterative development environment- Able to create and update mapping documents between integration points- Able to create design documents a developer would use for coding- Able work closely with subject matter experts, solution architects, developers, and QA testers to assure business and technical requirements are met.- Have excellent problem solving and analytical skills- Excellent communication skillsEXPERIENCE- 5 - 7 years' experience in software development and design in retail domain- Experience with JSON, Avro schema working experience preferred- Experience with MuleSoft- Experience with XML- Experience with Kafka- Experience with JDA or Blue Yonder applications a plus- Experience with AS400 systems a plusLocation: open to 100% remoteThis phase is scheduled through Feb 2022. This role does have potential to extend into other phases or convert.This contractor willdevelopdocumentation for developers to work from in order to integrate data from a legacy application to another platform.Candidates should usetransformation tools (Mulesoft, Kafka, JSON, integration broker)
