Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Multi-Property Maintenance Technician to oversee the maintenance needs of multiple properties within our portfolio. In this role, you will ensure all properties are well-maintained, safe, and meet high standards for our residents and guests. This position requires flexibility, a diverse skill set, and the ability to prioritize tasks across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks at multiple properties
Conduct regular property inspections and preventive maintenance to address potential issues proactively.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests across properties and ensure efficient resolution.
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, making repairs or coordinating with specialized contractors when necessary.
Maintain clear and accurate records of maintenance activities, service requests, and completed repairs.
Collaborate with property management teams to coordinate maintenance tasks with minimal disruption to tenants and guests.
Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
Preferred maintenance experience, preferably in a multi-property environment.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and manage time effectively.
Valid driver’s license.
Willingness to travel between properties and work flexible hours as needed
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus! (Strong communication skills in Spanish would be beneficial for assisting Spanish-speaking tenants)
