Need Carpenter One Time Gig

need some railings put on these stairs. There is existing 2x6 in middle as you can see. I need the existing 2x6 moved down a tad and add

a new 2x6 above it, and create even spacing between floor decking and top. (symmetrical) The existing 2x6s is screwed in with"star" screws" , not nails fortunately . and done on both sides of stairs. Below that deck , shown in bottom of picture the remaining stairs

were done correctly in 2017 for some reason but on that deck at far left in pic ONE side only needs the same thing done there benches on the other sides of deck so not necessary. Have the 2x6s already delivered(theres also 2x4s in pic im accidently stuck with. Theres also one piece of wood thats rotting i need traded out.

Even though its pretty simple work i need person that KNOWS carpentry and has table saw, unlike some person(like me) thats handy

but not im great at 45 degree cutsmust have table saw. will need some verification" that you have some basic carpentry skills. Could knock out pretty quick i suspect

home is in steel creek 2 miles off I 485 exit 4 (premium outlet mall exit)

ive sold my house and buyer asked for additional 2x6, even though not technically code but he is ok with that.
