Role: Lead .NET Developer with AWS

Location: Charlotte, NC (Remote)

Job Responsibilities:1. Work closely with other team members, business analysts, designers and QA2. Analyze business requirements and user needs to determine technical design3. Participate in planning activities, collaborate and coordinates the efforts across development teams4. Provide suggestions and adjustments as needed to deliver quality software within project scope andtimeframes5. Promote and perform development work consistent with industry standards and best practices;design interfaces and integrations6. Perform unit testing and support test automation7. Apply continuous integration and build/test automation techniques8. Conduct code reviews9. Present ideas for system improvements10. Explore, promote, and apply new frameworks and technologies11. Work on R&D activities and prototypes12. Support the systems once they are up and runningQualifications:Must Have:A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience7 + Years of Hands-on Experience with C# .NET Core 2.1 or higher7 + Years of Hands-on using SQL Server 2012 or higher(preferred) or any other SQL Database (likeMySQL, PostgreSQL)Hands-on experience working with REST Services and building REST API’sExperience and understanding of ETL processExperience working complex frameworks to support ETL pipeline.5 years of Hands-on experience with AWS Services5 years Hands-on experience working with S3, SNS, DynamoDB, Lamdba and Step-functionsHands-on experience with both AWS CLI and AWS Management Console.Good understanding of OOP design patterns and SOLID principles.Experience with any unit testing framework preferablyNUNIT.Experience leading a small team and mentoring team with junior developersPossess a strong passion for the loosely coupled architecture and the ability to learn new technologiesquicklyAbility to work effectively in small teams with minimum guidance.Experience working in an agile environmentAbility to satisfy complex business requirements through simple designPossess strong problem-solving and analytical skillsNice to Have:Experience working with containers like Docker and Fargate is a plusAWS Certified Developer Associate or AWS Certified Architect Associate is a plusExperience with font end technologies like React or Angular Srini
