Network Analyst for our client in

Wilson, NC.

SUMMARY:

The Network Analyst is responsible for the monitoring and administration of network and telecom systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyzes, recommends, monitors and implements on systems in accordance corporate guidelines and industry best practices.
  • Maintains awareness of new technology concerning computer network/telecom hardware and software. Work is of a highly confidential nature.
  • Maintains network/telecom for main facility and offsite locations.
  • Installs and optimizes hardware and software, including upgrades to network hardware and related components, to meet hospital application specifications.
  • Responsible for the daily monitoring of network/telecom infrastructure and remediation of issues, as necessary.
  • Coordinate with vendors and partners on support issues, upgrades, and other projects.
  • Assists in maintaining telecommunications infrastructure. · Assists with IS strategy and planning.
  • Assists in the development of information services policies and procedures.
  • Serves on information service-related committees.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of two years of enterprise level network support experience. ·
  • Strong knowledge of networking security and protocols.
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
