You will learn how each component of customer support contributes to the overall customer journey and will become an effective liaison between business units for the good of the customer and the employee. You will interface between the technical support organization and cross-organizational technology teams; you'll be responsible for eliciting and evolving business requirements and in turn defining and designing the system requirements to meet the business outcomes. You will be responsible for the end-to-end project lifecycle: assemble core teams to develop project plans (scope, milestones, and timelines); document business requirements, document process flows, execute project plans; set performance measures; coordinate User Acceptance Testing, report on outcomes; develop documentation, training materials and perform training; create and send out internal communications and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement. You'll also play a key role in change management and preparing the Global Technical Support organization for new releases and go-live activities
