Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a NOC Analyst to join a long-term DoD project located in Cary, NC through hybrid work. The NOC Analyst will work on a team that provides 24/7 network support for one of our nation's largest defense entities.

Responsibilities of the NOC Analyst include:

• Maintain functioning and provide top-level support for customers of a 24/7 Network Operations Center (NOC)

• Investigate and troubleshoot network and connection outages and incidents

• Monitor the strength and stability of the network

• Assess and design solutions for resolving network issues

Qualifications for the NOC Analyst include:

• 0-7+ years of experience in a NOC

• Must be willing to work different shifts covering the NOC 24/7

• Experience working with the following: SolarWinds, Netcool, Riverbed, Infovista, Cisco AnyConnect, BMC Remedy, Cisco UCM, IPAM, DNS, DHCP, Jabber/Skype

• IAT Level II certification required

• Must hold Active Secret Clearance

Compensation for the NOC Analyst include:

• Salary Range: $55,000 - $95,000 depending on experience
