LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)

Job Responsibilities Include:

Conducting substance use-focused and co-occurring assessments

Determining ASAM Levels of Care

Providing evidence-based treatment services

Coordinating medically necessary substance use disorder treatment and recovery resources

Making referrals and coordinating with Care Management providers

Educating beneficiaries on benefits, services, and community resources
