Mr. Refurbisher seeks a career oriented Scheduler & Client Relations to schedule and support clients in an efficient and accurate manner while driving add-on sales. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and set the tone for their excellent experience.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience from first call to follow-up.
Schedule, confirm, and adjust client appointments using dispatch systems while keeping detailers informed in real time.
Manage incoming and outgoing calls, text messages, and digital communications with accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services and effectively explain options to clients.
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or recommend additional services that enhance client value.
Resolve client and internal issues through creative problem-solving and timely follow-up.
Support inside sales efforts, contributing to overall revenue and growth goals.
Compile and present accurate reports to management as needed.
Provide insights for improving scheduling processes, service delivery, and client satisfaction.
Assist with social media marketing initiatives to strengthen the company’s brand presence.
Requirements:
Proven experience providing client service in a fast-paced environment for at least 12 months
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
Customer service orientation
Proficiency in English
Computer and mobile device proficiency
Experience in inside sales preferred
