You will be required to analyze and interpret data related to regional parts usage rate, parts cost versus price, parts repair yields, and backlog management to support decision-making and continuous improvement within the Services supply chain. You must also stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management/analysis and apply them to the organization's data platform.This position is based in Morrisville, NC.Job Responsbilities:
Reporting, KPI tracking, and managing interactions with 4-5 local vendors we purchase material with.
Support operations and fulfillment on tracking local vendor performance, parts, and customer orders within NA network.
Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to present supply chain data effectively to stakeholders.
Design, implement, and maintain data platform infrastructure, including databases, data warehouses, and big data environments.
Ensure data security by implementing and monitoring access controls, encryption, and other security measures.
Monitor and optimize system performance to maintain high levels of availability and reliability.
Plan and execute backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement data-related solutions for the Services Supply Chain.
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistics, data visualization, and programming languages such as R or Python.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in data platform administration, including experience with databases, data storage technologies, and data processing frameworks.
Preferred Requirements:
Experience with PowerBi and Codata Qlik sense.
Dynamic work hours to adapt to global meetings
Strong knowledge of SQL, Java, and API programming languages, with experience working with relational and non-relational databases.
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
Interest in pursuing a deeper, impactful business career in Services Supply Chain.
