The Operations Analyst works on problems of moderate to complex scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.Normally receives no instruction on routine work, general instructions on new assignments. The Analyst exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. May provide guidance to other non-exempt personnel.

  • Responsible for the operating activities of one or more departments and/or branches, and assists the company in relation to policies, practices, and attainment of operating goals.
  • Maintains department/branch plans,scheduling, policies, or procedures.
  • Maintains allday-to-dayoperational support to existing and new accounts.
  • Coordinates account operations across all functional departments.
  • May assist with the preparation of budgets.
  • Plan and justify expenditures to support current and future needs.
  • Prepares reports and records on department activities for management.
  • Reviews and analyzes reports, records, and directives, and confers with management to obtain necessary data required for planning activities.
  • May train lower level operations personnel as necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requires 2-4 years of related work experience and Associate’s degree, technical training, or equivalentcombination ofeducation and experience. Experience desired in various types of projects. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
