Operations Technician

Amick Brown is seeking an experienced

• KindHeart provides proprietary, digitally animated real tissue surgery simulation systems for surgical training and development.
• KindHeart’s tissue cassette-based systems are used by top-ranked medical schools in addition to leading medical device companies to demonstrate the proper use of new technologies, teach curriculum-driven, real-world procedures and proper responses to adverse events.

• The Operations Technician will report to the Production Supervisor.

• Contribute to tissue preparation as needed
• Conduct daily production/operation duties
• Conduct mechanical maintenance on equipment and tools while applying user manual instructions
• Stock and organize supplies/inventory/conduct cycles counts on a weekly basis
• Support technicians needs (workstation stocking, thawing, vacuum sealing)
• Transport goods to and from headquarters
• Run miscellaneous operational errands
• Work closely with Operations Manager, Production Supervisor and Lead to oversee daily operations
• Work with different departments to improve performance, work efficiency, and communication
• Performs other related duties as assigned by direct or indirect supervisors.

• Education requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Prolonged periods of sitting and standing at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds at a time
• Possess & maintain valid driver’s license
• Must be authorized for employment in the US
