Oracle ERP Cloud Support Specialist

Location: Cary, NC Description: Our client is currently seeking a Oracle ERP Support Specialist!

• Provide Level 1 Support for Oracle Fusion Cloud - Supplier Portal, Procurement, Demand Management Cloud, Supply Chain Planning, Finance, Manufacturing and Order to Cash modules. Additional support of EPM - FCC and PBC are also required.
• Triage new incidents in a incident logging system called Solar Winds
• Complete user set ups, initial trouble shooting, and gather additional information as needed.
• Ensure that Solar Winds tickets are kept up-to-date and accuracy of all notes and associated information relating to incident receipt are added to the system in an appropriate manner and agreed customer SLAs are met
• Assist with testing or supervised configuration where required

• Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP applications, ideally with Oracle ERP Cloud as an administrator.
• Add and manage users and provision roles and data access sets based on organization-defined data security policies and user role matrix defined by the business.
• Update and implement user security and roles within Oracle ERP Cloud Security based on functional documents provided by project team.
• Build custom roles by tailoring Oracle seeded roles as per the business requirement.
• Update and implement user security within Oracle ERP Cloud Security.
• Review and audit end user accounts, permissions, and access rights. Align segregation of duties and security profiles.
• Oracle report creation would be preferable but not required
