10+ of overall Human Capital Management Expertise including 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion, Human Capital Management – Experience in end to end work day workforce management (Core HR, Recruitment, Onboarding, Training, Performance Management, Time & Labor, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Talent and Learning) Functional expertise in implementing and supporting globally.Supporting & Suggesting Business workflows and optimizing/simplifying the same Experience with Oracle Fusion – Human Capital Management (Core HR, Recruitment, Onboarding, Training, Performance Management, Time & Labor, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Talent and Learning.Responsibilities: • Experience in upgrade, implementation, and maintenance of more than one Oracle Fusion HCM modules – Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Compensation, Time & Labor. • Expert functional knowledge in Human Resource and Business Process Flows, design solutions, configuration of application components and develop reports in more than one Oracle Fusion HCM modules - Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Compensation, Time & Labor. • Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and delivering highly effective solutions • Experience in handling global stakeholders and hands-on experience with global implementation • Detailed, hands-on experience in all phases of End to End Implementations, Support, Enhancements and Upgrade projects - responsible for impact analysis, requirements gathering, providing solution design, application configuration, testing, data migration along with post go-live support activities. • Detailed, hands on experience in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle • Experience in effectively working with internal and external business partners in a matrix organization, building credible stakeholder relationships • Communication to Leadership & Stakeholders regarding Accomplishments, Deliverable Status & Challenges • Lead the operational analysis to identify errors, user training needs, efficiency trends, and end-user customer satisfaction issues. Identify root cause and implement improvements. • Management of the development of user procedures, guidelines, and documentation. Train clients on new processes/functionality and systems functionalityGeneric Managerial Skills • Global experience and perspective • Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint • High degree of problem-solving and decision-making ability • Must function well in a team environment • Must be able to work in diverse environments and adhere to the highest ethical standards• Needs excellent communication and presentation skills. • Organizational and multi-tasking skills, advance planning and time management skills are a must • Strong active listening and facilitation skills • • Business fluency in additional languages is a plus • Proficiency with Microsoft Projects a plus.
