Oracle TMS Specialist Oracle TMS Specialist Direct Hire Charlotte, NC A new Oracle TMS, Transportation Management System, is being implemented at our local client. The client needs someone with extensive Oracle TMS experience, working in an implementation environment. You will: o Lead the development of execution of the Global Transportation Solution multi-year roadmap o Lead sustainment activities that include governance and controls of the global TMS solution o Lead the implementation and rolling out an integrated more efficient logistics (transportation and warehouse) solutions in all regions o Lead business process and requirements gathering analysis to ensure global solution fit o Document methodology, business scenarios and test cases resulting from modeling and gap identification o Develop and deliver training material required to implement new systems and procedures o Lead future state work process design and ensure adherence to global process standards within logistics o Lead testing activities and defect resolution from Unit testing through User Acceptance testing o Lead Network Simulation testing including: Day-in-the-life activities, Quality of Solution (Model tuning), Automated Batch Processes, and Network Validation o Provide knowledge transfer of all process and technical information with the sustainment organization Job Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree • 5+ years of related TMS experience • Strong experience with Oracle TMS solution • Experience in developing training and continuous improvement roadmaps, developing and delivering field training • Technical and Operations knowledge • Travel internationally – up to 30% • Able to communicate and articulate complex analytical concept/model and opportunities to senior leadership and field teams PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • 10+ years of related TSM experience • Roll out of a Global TMS solution as a Process leader or Project Lead • SAP - TMS experience • Project Management skills • Blue Yonder, BluJay experience Good base salary, bonus plan, benefits.
