Here, you’ll join gifted colleagues who make a lasting difference in people’s lives every day.OverviewWe’re looking for a Palliative Care Recruiter to join our team.The Palliative Care Recruiter is responsible for efficiently and effectively filling open Nurse Practitioner, RN and leadership positions according to the company’s policies and procedures; and, providing Hiring Managers with guidance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation. The Senior Recruiter work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factor(s).About YouWe’re looking for an Palliative Care Recruiter to join our team.The Palliative Care Recruiter is responsible for recruiting for nurse practitioners, RNs, Social Workers and leadership openings. The Palliative Care Recruiter will provide a front end life cycle recruitment process including:

cold calling and networking with hospice and other healthcare companies to find qualified applicants

executiving recruitment strategies to include but not limited to postcards, email blasts, open houses

conducting behavior based phone interviews

scheduling interviews with hiring managers

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of recruiting experience in a metrics driven environment

Previous hospice or palliative care recruitment highly preferred

Strong cold calling and networking experience

A proven track record of being a top performer

Strong ability to build relationships with senior leaders

Prior experience utilizing multiple recruiting tools and systems

Experience managing & prioritizing staffing needs, projects, and client/field relationships

License/Certification:

Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance coverage
