Seeking a skilled and motivated Cook to support daily operations and catering production. You’ll work closely with our lead chef to execute menu items with consistency, care, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to established recipes

Support food prep including chopping, portioning, marinating, and labeling

Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, equipment, and prep areas

Assist with catering production, batch cooking, and packaging

Follow proper food handling, temperature control, and sanitation procedures

Communicate effectively with chef and team to support smooth operations

Qualifications

Prior cooking or food prep experience required

Strong knife skills and familiarity with standard kitchen equipment

Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency

Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

Reliable, professional work ethic

SafeServ certification required
