Parts and Service Support Representative

The Parts and Service Support Representative will be responsible for partnering with the Service and Customer Service departments to promote ITW Hartness products and support customer needs. This person will collaborate with different departments such as Project Management, Field Service, and Aftermarket Sales to provide quotes and promote various sales and training programs. The Parts and Service Support Representative will maintain current processes but also develop new initiatives to better support internal and external customers while increasing revenue.This position is located at the ITW Hartness HQ facility in Greenville, SC.        Primary Responsibilities:Analyzes departmental operations service offering gaps. Revise as needed for maximum effectiveness and proactively offers service options to customers.Drive continuous improvement initiatives between Customer Service and Service.Oversees and coordinates the development of strategic programs, to include:Parts sales thru Service Technicians and Aftermarket Sales Representatives.Spider and Airbag Rebuild Sales Programs.Proposals for Aftermarket Sales pertaining to parts.Develop and Maintain Parts list to support Field Service TechniciansPromote Service Training.Preparation of Funding ProposalsPresent Parts and Service offerings in all FAT’s.Develop, maintain, and track ITW Hartness service programs.Assist with Customer Service related questions as needed.Participate in projects as needed.
