WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a People Relation Specialist in the Netherlands, you will be responsible for implementing global deliveries, processes, policies, and guidelines in the People Relations area. You ensure that local laws, practices, and needs are recognized and addressed. You facilitate alignment between global and local requirements to achieve a common approach and delivery where needed.You will:Own the local grievance mechanism and supporting tools.Be responsible for the work environment — physical, digital, organizational, and social/psychosocial — as well as wellbeing, including health and safety management.Act as strategic and operational support for various stakeholders at the regional and sales market level, including the management team.Serve as an expert in health and wellbeing within Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) to guarantee compliance and deliver a “one colleague experience.”Lead change and strategic initiatives where work environment and health expertise are required, analyze and advise on solutions, and provide operational support.Establish and implement a systematic way of working in health (both physical and psychosocial) by investigating, assessing risks, raising awareness, mitigating potential risks, and following up across the organization in collaboration with the local Security team.Implement and adapt H&M Group People Relation guidelines and frameworks according to local laws and develop a local strategy for stakeholder engagement.WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will be part of the People Relations function in the Netherlands, working closely with other People Relations Specialists, the local Security team, and global and regional HR and Legal colleagues. You will also collaborate regularly with the Sales Market management team. You will report directly to the Regional People Relation Manager.WHO YOU ARE

This is a full-time position, starting on October 1st, 2025 or tbd. The role is a hybrid role, based in Amsterdam, with the expectation of working from our office for three days per week.
