Job Description:

As a Technical Delivery Lead, you will provide overall performance test oversight, escalate risks and track performance test progress.

The candidate will work with stakeholders on a daily basis to understand business needs and priorities that can be translated into non-functional requirements

to support build, execution, and monitoring capabilities for an application's overall performance health and stability.

Key responsibilities:
  • Prioritize scope, maintain budget, and define testing timelines
  • Executive level communication (written/verbal) to business and technology stakeholders of status, risks, issues
  • Works closely with application development, architecture, infrastructure and production support groups for defect triage and production planning.
  • Reports findings according to a defined process, such as sending an email
  • Participate in project/team meetings and actively contribute

Required Skills:
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodology with expertise in Jira/Rally
  • Good understanding of Performance testing process(Experience in Loadrunner/Jmeter)
  • 6+ years of experience managing technology projects.
  • Project Estimation and Resource Forecasting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication of status, timeline, issues, risks with ability to translate complex technical issues into business context
  • Build relationships with key business and technology stakeholders
  • Application knowledge of critical business flows with focus on end user experience
  • Ability for defect management and escalation
  • Resource management experience

Desired Skills
  • Knowledge of Splunk or App Dynamics
  • Prior experience working with external development vendors
