DO NOT SUBMIT CANDIDATES THAT ARE NOT WILLING TO WORK ONSITE FROM THE FIRST DAY.Individual will conduct in depth business system analysis and document and verify requirements for system development.Design and develop full set of test cases for testing and verifying development and changes.Testing will include unit, interface, security, usability testing, performance etc.Serve as a lead to other new testers in business areas of experienced .Assist business units in identification of gaps and issues with business and program application systems and evaluation of proposed solutions.Performance Tester assists with load, stress, and performance testing required for software applications.Duties include reviewing and understanding all business, design, and functional requirements, gathering proper system requirements in order to create suitable performance test plans, test strategies, test scenarios, load test scripts, and test data; setting up performance monitoring; executing bottleneck, baseline, scalability, and breakpoints tests to ensure benchmarks are met; evaluating performance measurements and analysis of test results; and working with other project team members to diagnose performance related problems.
