Job Title: Pre-Award Research AdministratorJob DescriptionThe Pre-Award Specialist I provides pre-award services to help research investigators develop and submit federal, state, foundation, private, and other sponsored project proposals throughout the entire research enterprise of the health system. Responsibilities include providing services in various aspects of the proposal preparation phase, interpreting sponsoring agency guidelines, budget development, gathering documentation to support sub-awards and subcontracts, coordinating required approvals, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role also involves oversight and management of up to 80 proposals per year, reviewing project budgets, coordinating proposal development assistance to Principal Investigators (PIs), and ensuring that proposals meet sponsor requirements and are compliant with guidelines.Hard Skills

1-3 years of experience in a similar role

Bachelor's Degree or higher education
