The Principal Enterprise Analytics Architect is responsible for leading the Enterprise Solution architecture function for Advanced Analytics and Data architecture domain, interpreting the organization’s objectives and the enterprise architecture context into Enterprise Solution Architecture standards and usage guidelines for the specific architecture domain. Jointly responsible for architecture governance across architecture domains.Responsible for Enterprise architecture and conceptual design of projects in line with the Architecture standards and guidelines. This role requires close working relationship with Business and IT leadership, internal customers, Business Alignment Teams, Enterprise Architecture team and IT COE teams. The role would be the leading Enterprise and Solution Architecture for Data Enablement, Information and Analytics function, and will report to Sr. Director, Data and Analytics.Key Responsibilities:Lead the architecture and enabling technologies strategy for the data enablement, information and analytics. Provide thought leadership and act as the trusted technical advisor to business and technology leadership team

Lead the development of a Reference as well as Destination Solution and Technical Architecture standards and Usage guidelines for enabling delivery capabilities based on industry trends, innovation and business drivers.

Work as part of Architecture group, as well as business alignment team to convert business requirements into an architecture blueprint and conceptual design, based on the Architecture standards and usage guidelines.

Collaborate with data scientists and data engineers to build production-level models and pipelines, including any required preprocessing of input datasets and postprocessing after model inference.

Work closely with the operations team to change, optimize existing Automation and AI/ML processes and help build effective model performance monitoring, alert and notification framework to proactively identify problems/issues before business impact

Partner and effectively communicate with Non-IT / Business users, functional counterparts and stakeholders to understand the underlying business problem, and work with the extended team to define and communicate the right technical solution

Work with Enterprise Architecture Review Board for Architecture Governance across architecture domains.

Facilitate product selection as part of Architecture Standards definition. Partner with Business, Business Alignment Team and Solution Delivery teams to select an approach

Provide strong functional thought leadership and consulting in the respective domain and be an advisor to the business and strategy leads on Industry best practices.

YOU MUST HAVEBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or other technical degree

Minimum of 10 years of experience in Information Technology field including 5+ years of extensive practical experience and a comprehensive understanding of working within the Data Science, Data Engineering, Information and Analytics domains and Enterprise Architecture environment.

5+ years of driving and leading large-scale architectural or delivery projects throughout an entire business through to completion; delivering solutions across multiple technologies including but not limited to the Data science and Analytics, AI/ML architectures, APIs, Microservices, Data Integration, common knowledge of security application and data security, and big data architectures.

2+ years’ experience in building and deploying Machine Learning solutions using various supervised/unsupervised ML algorithms such as Linear/Logistic Regression, Support Vector Machines, (Deep) Neural Networks, Random Forest, etc and hands-on experience with Python programming and statistical packages, and ML libraries such as scikit-learn, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch, MXNet, etc

2+ years of experience engineering data pipelines using big data technologies (Hive, Presto, Spark, Flink etc.), Model productionization, ML Ops, CICD Automation, and/or Cloud/On-prem environment.

WE VALUEMaster's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science or Engineering fields

Experience of senior executive/leadership engagement

Exposure to various aspects of architecture practices: business, application, data, security, infrastructure and governance Working knowledge of architecture frameworks

Highly proficient in at least one of Java, Python or Scala

Excellent understanding of Machine Learning techniques and proficiency in feature analysis, algorithm selection and model hyperparameter tuning.

Experience with Domino Data Lab, Databricks, Hadoop, PySpark, NiFi, Airflow, etc.

Expertise with different architecture and design patterns (e.g. OO, Top-down, component-based design, SOA, RESTful APIs, cloud, micro-services) and tools

Experience in ERP platform integration, preferably with SAP

Certifications AI / ML and Cloud platforms

Experience in reviewing and selecting Technical and Applications Architectures solutions

Solid hands-on experience on software development lifecycles (including working in agile projects, devops, ML Ops).

Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills
