Description Duration: 6 months, possibility of conversion within 6 months Location: Remote with occasional onsite meetings (within an hour and a half travel distance) Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and independent Senior Lean Six Sigma Process Improvement Specialist to join our team for a 6-month contract, with potential for conversion. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with extensive experience in driving process improvement initiatives, particularly within IT and Salesforce environments. Responsibilities:

Champion a Value Stream mindset and implementation to support organizational goals and solve complex business problems.

Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions.

Develop and maintain strategic working relationships with business leaders and stakeholders.

Mentor and provide guidance to EBPS Consultants, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or advanced degree preferred, or equivalent experience.

8+ years of experience in related field, preferably 9+ years for a Senior role.

Blackbelt certification in Lean Six Sigma required, Master Blackbelt preferred.

Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies, including Kaizen, process mapping, and visual workplace.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage initiatives of significant scope and complexity.

Experience in Salesforce deployment and change management is highly desirable.

Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
