WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Ability to design and build an industry leading conversational AI capability, collaborating with stakeholders using Agile and Design Thinking Methodologies
  • Research, develop and evaluate advanced Natural Language Generation and Text-Speech processing algorithms and implementations.
  • Stay up to date with tech, prototype with and learn new technologies, proactive in technology communities.
  • Create products that provide a great user experience along with high performance, security, quality, and stability

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
  • Master's or PhD degree in STEM or AI/ML areas or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a data scientist or related roles.
  • 3+ years of work experience in NLG/voice related projects and software development.
  • Experience in setting up supervised & unsupervised learning Client/NLP models including data cleaning, data analytics, feature creation, model selection & ensemble methods, performance metrics & visualization.
  • Experience in text classification topic mining speech enhancement and speech/audio coding and compression.
  • Experience with ML and NLU frameworks in Python (ie. Numpy, PyTorch, Spacy, Huggingface etc) and MLOps practices is highly preferred.
