Job Title: Principal Engineer – App Modernization and Cloud Execution

Location: Charlotte, NC or Phoenix, AZ or Atlanta, GA(Day 1 onsite)

Job Type: Contract

Job Description:
  • Cloud DevOps+development in either Java or .NET + (azure or Google Cloud Platform)
  • 5+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 5+ years experience in API design, Microservices and domain driven design
  • 5+ years experience to Cloud implementations and design, as well as integration between Cloud environments (on-prem and off-prem) – Azure and Google Cloud Platform
  • Exposure to modern application architecture principles
  • Exposure to agile tooling: CI/CD pipelines, Maven, Jenkings, Jira, Github, Azure DevOps, Terraform, Ansible
  • 7+ years of experience designing software solutions using software architecture design principles
  • 5+ years of experience designing and or developing integration solutions
