As an IT Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of projects assigned to you, including the creation and execution of plans, managing project teams and communicating project status to stakeholders. Become a Project Manager within our Information Technology group and help drive the adoption of technology throughout the company!

Responsibilities
  • The ability to independently lead and manage large complex accounting projects
  • Develop individual project plans complete with budgetary information and resource needs
  • Utilize your expert knowledge and experience to drive business process improvement
  • Use your analytical problem-solving skills to design and implement solutions
  • Engage with senior level stakeholders on large initiatives under your control
  • Effectively lead diverse project teams
  • Utilize experience to develop and execute change management plans
  • Improve organizational project management processes
  • Delegating tasks on projects to employees best positioned to complete them
  • Become a subject matter expert on platforms and ERP systems assigned to you
  • Collect and document business requirements
  • Coordinate and assist with solution architecting to meet business requirements
  • Serving as a point of contact for projects
  • Provide written project status updates to stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot problems that come up during projects
  • Host project meetings at least once per week for each project under your direction
  • Refine project budget as needed to ensure timeliness and fiscal responsibility
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed
  • Communicate project objectives to all team members involved
  • Communicate with leadership and stakeholders to keep the project aligned with their goals
  • Performing quality control on the project
  • Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed
  • Assist with messaging and marketing around rollout of new systems, technology and processes
  • Assist with creation of test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing
  • Provide technical support to nCino employees on corporate business systems specifically the ERP and HCM systems
  • Create project and system documentation
  • Coordinate and provide go-live training to end users

Qualifications

Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Management of Information Systems or related field, Master's degree preferred.
  • Eight years of project management, system administration and/or business analysis experience related to large complex information technology projects.
  • Strong working experience with ERP and HCM systems preferably NetSuite and Workday
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Team-work oriented leader
  • Self-motivated
