Responsibilities of the Process Engineer I:
  • Improve system and equipment reliability to optimize industrial processes and machinery
  • Develop plans to improve the performance of a process or set of systems
  • Increase the long term efficiency of the filling lines
  • Improve the performance of an existing process or set of systems using root cause analysis and green belt tools
  • Support technical development of maintenance tech's
  • Support global collaboration initiatives across the scope.

Qualifications of the Process Engineer I:
  • B.S. in industrial engineering or related discipline
  • 2 - 3 years of related industrial engineering or related experience
  • Experience in systems optimization improvement projects

Compensation of the Process Engineer I:
  • $75,000 - $85,000
