As a Product Education Specialist, you will be part of the Product Education team in the customer success group and will develop training and education materials that are used by our customers and internal teams.In this role, you will apply our products and services to valuable, easy-to-consume content for our customers’ empowerment and education. Additionally, you will integrate the content within Activate’s Education assets – Learning Management System, Customer Communication and Knowledge Center directly impacting and elevating Activate’s customer experience.ResponsibilitiesObtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging contentIndependently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write user guides, training materials, videos and e-learningsWrite user-friendly designed content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights language that sets our users up for successReview, Rewrite and redesign current training & education materialsOngoing updates & maintenance of the existing materialsWriting users release communicationWork closely with Customer Success and product teams
