- Serve as a Product Owner for a dedicated development team which includes:
- Translate business goals into functional strategies and tactical user stories for the development team to implement
- Articulate user stories with clear business value
- Groom and prioritize the backlog
- Create & define the product vision and strategy
- Manage the team roadmap
- Articulate the business benefits of project work to leadership
- Assess impact of new features and initiatives by understanding the customer needs and website experiences.
- Partner with UX, Legal, Compliance, Brand, and Accessibility partners to design and bring to life new website features.
- Act as an ambassador for your products, support product related queries, and proactively engage with implementation teams.
- Experience in digital or financial services
- Experience as front-end/desktop Product Owner
- Hands on experience with agile
- Effective communication & negotiation skills across all levels of the organization and a spirit of building strong business and team partnerships is essential
- Well-organized and thorough approach; able to structure, analyze, and answer major business questions, balancing multiple requests and competing priorities.
- Candidate must be highly adaptable and experienced driving results in a dynamic, fast paced, cross-functional environment
- Self-sufficient & collaborative team player with desire to have fun within a result-driven organization.
- Minimum BA/BS degree or applicable work experience.
