Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Project Coordinator position! This is a 6+ month contract opportunity in Charlotte, North Carolina. Position Overview: As a team member, you will be at the center of providing an exceptional client and internal operations customer experience in an incredibly fast-paced, exciting, and constantly changing environment. The team supports projects related to retail front-of-house solutions requiring remediation due to security and card brand compliance, including Point of Sale, Kiosk, Payment Devices, and Networks at our client locations across the U.S and Canada. This hands-on position supports strategic and tactical activities such as documentation, effective communication, project budgets, and project reconciliation. Essential Functions: •Responsible for contacting locations for critical information (hours of operation, physical address, onsite contact)•Perform scheduling of locations for upgrades/installs•Gather and document requirements for onsite resources•Complete objectives and deliverables to align with organizational goals and team strategic direction Qualifications: •Complete objectives and deliverables to align with organizational goals and team strategic direction•Highly developed sense of ownership, responsibility, and commitment to quality•Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting deadlines•Effective organization, planning, problem-solving and analytical skills•Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills•Must be highly organized and action-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills•Detail-oriented with demonstrated documentation skills•Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with employees at all levels of our organization•Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Bonus Skills: •Experience with standard Product/Project Management tools (ex.
