- Manage end-to-end execution for assigned projects and/or specific segments of a larger, complex project
- Develop/maintain project plans, initiating implementation programs, creating status reports, presenting status to senior executives and tracking progress
- Ensure issues/risks are proactively identified, appropriately escalated and include alternative approaches/mitigation plans and manage to resolution
- Communicate, influence and negotiate both vertically and horizontally to obtain partnership and engagement required to deliver project deliverables
- Represent the project in various governance and inter-department forums, as appropriate
- 3-5 years change management, project management, PMO, finance or similar work experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- Excellent change management skills, including ability to think end-to-end, process design, business requirements, employee/operational readiness, testing and implementation
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills and excellent communication (written and oral), influencing and facilitation skills
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Self-motivated, self-directed
- Proficient with Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)
- Regulatory Reporting, Finance Management, Accounting or similar background/experience
- Experience with BAC enterprise change processes and methodologies (Waterfall/Agile)
- Experience with BAC project management tools (i.e., PPRT, Nexus, SharePoint, Discovery)
- Six Sigma, PMP certified
