Start Date: 01/03/2022JOB SUMMARY: LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY . The candidates submitted have to live in Raleigh, NC.The candidate will be allowed to work remotely until all staff return to site. At that point the candidate will be required to come onsite.The candidate will need to come onsite the first day to collect equipment.For ICMS/NCAWARE amendment, Brazos, and ICMS non case mgmt. applications. • Managing Contract Id and contract correspondence in line with SaaS & SOW agreemento Track Tyler submissions to the ID and responses for non PCRso Send requests for approvals and/or comments for rejectso Complete Deliverable Acceptance Forms for Commentso Obtain Program Manager initials and CLIENT Chief Business Officer signoffso Scan and send acceptanceso Maintain audit files for accepted Deliverables• Manage ePMO meetings for program meetings (agenda, minutes reviews, minutes, and action item follow-ups)o Meetings include Thursday Tyler AOC executive status meeting, and quarterly Horizon Planning meetingo Manage setup for meetings to avoid delays. Manage ePMO meeting ido Maintain history of closed action items and issues• Manage Vendor Deliverable Trackingo Manage reporting (Tuesday and Thursday reports of status)o Manage follow-ups to track completion of next stepso Coordinate review of deliverables and artifactso Ensure deliverable status communicated and interlocked with project manager tasked with project plan trackingo When vendor invoices come in, initial deliverables have been paid• Manage SharePoint for Program Deliverableso Manage workstream update contactso Store and manage project status reportso Manage and store management system meeting documents o Ensure SharePoint in audit ready positiono Store hardcopy originals• Manage Risk and Issue statuso Ensure Issues and Risks are updated at least weeklyo Ensure compliance to signed PMP-Risk and Issue documento Ensure highest risks and issues are getting appropriate attentiono Produce risks reports across all programs.• Manage and ensure compliance to ePMO signed PMP documentso ePMO PMP – Communications documento ePMO PMP – Scope Change Management documento ePMO PMP - Project Charter document• Manage Status Reporting from Vendoro Coordinate reviews and approvals with Program Manager and CLIENT executives• Manage Program Cost Mgmt. including vendor hours for Developmento Track and report vendor hours against customizations and integration to appropriate reviewers and approverso Maintain hours budget that CLIENT management always knows the remaining unallocated hourso Track Opt In and Opt Outs for PDDs• Audito Maintain all compliance and audit fileso In Future – Be Audit Focal point• Additional duties as assigned by Program Manager(s) or Executive Sponsors.
