job summary:

Position Summary:
  • Financial regulation for banks has increased dramatically over the past few years. This role is to work on the Global Markets Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting (NFRR) Data Delivery program, an initiative to define and implement consistent and efficient regulatory reporting processes that adhere to enterprise standards, simplify controls, and enable re-use
  • As a Project/Program Manager, the candidate will own financial and deliverable updates to various Steering Councils and Portfolio Governance Committees.

Required Skills:
  • 5+ years project management experience
  • Ability to manage project budget and financials; resource will own monthly project forecasting deliverables
  • Experience providing project updates and leading discussions with senior Technology and LOB partners; demonstrates ability to communicate and adjust level of detail and messaging based on audience
  • Solid competence with core project management tools and, specifically around enterprise change management requirements
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Ability to handle tight deadlines, and competing demands, in a fast-paced environment

Desired Skills:
  • Experience on Regulatory Reporting projects
  • Solid Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Knowledge of Global Markets and Banking products/asset classes
