P/T Handyman/Maintenance Caretaker

Looking for a handyman/maintenance caretaker for 2 apartment complexes south of Asheville. You can expect to work 10 to 20 flexible hours weekly, depending on need. You should be proficient in spackling, painting, light carpentry, using ladders, and similar type skills. Asheville/Hendersonville locations. $22/hr.
