Position: QA Automation Engineer

Location: Charlotte, NC (Local only)

Our Challenge: The role is aligned to the delivery team responsible for the planning, development, and delivery of Insurance products for the Benchmarks and Indices business.This is a hands-on

QA Automation Engineer with focus on delivering results on-time, in-full to the expected quality levels.

Someone who can take charge of small efforts, doing system analysis and also able to drive tasks in the plan to completion.

Job Descriptions
  • Candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience on test automation tools preferably in Selenium, Cucumber, BDD, TestNG
  • Candidate should be expert in writing/coding automation test cases in JAVA
  • Candidate should have at least 1 year of experience on web service testing with tools like POSTMAN, SoapUI
  • Candidate should be well versed with test management and defect management tools like HP ALM, JIRA, Azure DevOps
  • Candidate should have experience of working in Agile SDLC framework
  • Candidate should have experience with functional testing and processes/best practices related to it
  • Candidate should be able to create test plans & test strategies without any oversight
  • Candidate should own end to end testing for all applications and perform all tests – smoke, regression as needed
  • Candidate should be able to coordinate with all stakeholders – Business Analysts, Product Owners, Project Managers and offshore/remote teams
  • Candidate should have good communication skills and able to report test results/risks periodically
