Role: Quality AuditorShifts Available: 1st and 2ndLocation: Forest City, NCRole Summary:The Quality Assurance Auditor position is responsible for inspecting incoming materials, audits work in process and finished goods to assure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.What You Will Do:

Inspect incoming materials to assure conformance with specifications.

Audit permanent production processes (Vacuum Form Operation, Assembly of Permanent Displays, etc.) ensuring compliance with work order specifications, and that finished product meets customer requirements.

Verify compliance with cGMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

Inspect prototypes and/or First Articles.

Accurately use measuring and testing equipment (ruler, calipers, etc.).

Communicate issues to operations and vendors, if necessary.

Record data; generate spreadsheets and reports as needed.

Communicate with Project Managers, Engineers, Model Shop, and Customers, if necessary.

Communicate Company policies, procedures, and customer requirements to other WestRock employees and to participate/assist in their development as needed.

Participate in and/or assist with internal QA audits, Customer audits, and Regulatory Agency audits as required.

Assist with and/or conduct cGMP training, if requested.

May require occasional travel.

Responsible for the overall Safety and cleanliness of equipment and area.

Work in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Overtime is required.

Perform other duties as assigned

What You Need to Succeed

Previous knowledge of quality systems or permanent displays experience preferred

Must be proficient in math and computer skills

Ability to communicate effectively with Project Coordinators, Engineers, Model Shop, and Customers as needed through reports, correspondence and meeting participation

Requires the ability to react quickly and make continuous adjustments to provide top quality products

Proficiency with Microsoft Office computer skills to include Outlook, Word and Excel

High school diploma or GED minimum

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
