Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist in the automotive industry, located in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The role involves acting as the first point of contact for our company, creating a positive impression and providing excellent customer service to our clients and visitors. This position requires specialized skills in answering a multi-line phone system, customer service, and interpersonal skills.Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for our company, ensuring a friendly and professional demeanor. Handle incoming phone calls, screening, and directing them as necessary. Manage and distribute incoming correspondence. Maintain an organized and clean reception area. Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and photocopying. Respond to inquiries, providing accurate and timely information. Monitor visitor access, ensuring adherence to security procedures. Provide administrative or clerical support to other departments as needed. Ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times. Requirements Proficiency in answering a multi-line phone system is essential for this role. Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality customer service is required. Strong interpersonal skills are crucial to effectively interact with customers and team members. Previous experience in the automotive industry is desirable but not mandatory. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in using basic office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines. Must have good organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel. Must possess a professional demeanor and appearance. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus. Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations. Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
