For immediate hire, FULL-TIME position in North Asheville, regular schedule Mon-Thurs.
JOB DUTIES: Rides along back of recycling truck with driver, emptying residential recycling cart contents into truck. Shift begins at 7am and ends when route is completed (typically 5:30pm). Schedule is Mon-Thurs, with one Friday per month.
Position to start immediately, base pay rate of $15/hr + incentive bonus (total typical rate of $16.50/hr) with pay increases based upon time, performance, and responsibilities. Committed to safety at all times and excellent attendance required. 40hrs/wk full time position, with overtime available and benefits including paid time off.
