Registered Nurse - Fixed Term

As a Registered Nurse at our Summerset in the Vines village, you will be part of a team that provides quality aged care and creates the best most enjoyable lifestyle to our care centre residents. Our residents are often here for many years, and our approach to care is resident-directed. The ultimate focus is their quality of life.Typical duties include:Managing residents’ everyday needs, from clinical to end-of-life careCreating and following long term care plans as well as clinical assessmentsTaking charge of the care centre on certain shifts and making appropriate clinical decisionsDelivering planned nursing care and evaluate progress in partnership with the resident and their family to enhance their daily lives.Providing guidance and direction to the caregivers on shiftBuilding trusted relationships with residents and their familiesThis is a full time fixed term role offering 64 hours per fortnight working on a 4 days on, 2 days off roster.
