Remote Senior Analytics Analyst

Labcorp is seeking a Senior Analytics Analyst to join the National Sales Administration sales analytics team dedicated to empowering a leading sales organization with insight generation to drive the adoption of critical diagnostic testing to improve the health and lives of patients.

Responsibilities Include:

• Functional Analyst / Business Analyst for Tableau CRM (TCRM) / Einstein Analytics / Einstein Discovery.
• Develop Salesforce technology-enabled solutions that address business needs.
• Assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com end users across TCRM, including core technologies and processes, and all upstream and downstream connected applications and integrations.
• Extract relevant and meaningful information from multiple sources and apply it to solution designs that are scalable and supported by a well-defined implementation approach.
• Ability to consult and advise analyst when they have challenges in building a technical solution within TCRM.
• Create and demo working proofs of concepts for business requirements using out of the box features of Salesforce TCRM.
• Understand third party integration and functionality and impact of these integrations within TCRM, and ability to document an end-to-end process on the whole.
• Partner with sales leaders to optimize visualization of KPIs for sales effectiveness visualization.
• Partner with inside and field sales representatives on data sets to support customer needs as required.
• Partner with sales leaders to conduct sales training on analytic tools as necessary.
• Support design, automation, creation and distribution of sales reports - dashboards outside of Salesforce.

Skills and Abilities:

• Must have strong experience in Tableau CRM, Einstein Analytics, and Einstein Discovery Understand TCRM data flows/recipes and able to manage requirements.
• Ability to create dashboards within Einstein Analytics Able to translate business requirements to technical requirements
• Preferred working knowledge of Access, Excel and VBA. Aptitude to rapidly learn other relevant tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, SQL Server, etc.).
• Aptitude to automate and create reporting efficiencies.
• High level of resourcefulness and problem solving skills are critical to this role.
• Requires strong collaboration and communication skills. Ability to interface with management and field based personnel.

License/Certification/Education:

• Normally a Bachelor's degree; Advanced degree preferred. Preferred Fields of Study: Information Technology, Computer Systems Analysis, Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science Certification(s)
• Preferred: Tableau CRM - Einstein Discovery
• Must have strong experience in Tableau CRM, Einstein Analytics, and Einstein Discovery Understand TCRM data flows/recipes and able to manage requirements Ability to create dashboards within Einstein Analytics
• Able to translate business requirements to technical requirements Preferred working knowledge of Access, Excel and VBA.
