Residential Cleaning Technician (Start ASAP) Fayetteville

Job Summary:

Triple D’s Janitorial Services is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Technicians to join our Fayetteville-based team. This role is perfect for individuals who take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for businesses.

Schedule:

Must be flexible with hours between 10am- 5pm

Monday – Friday (5 days/week)

On-site

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial, residential, or housekeeping cleaning

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning checklists

Reliable, punctual, and professional

Must be 18 years or older

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle (travel between job sites may be required)

Flexibility in working hours is required

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods

Prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is a plus

Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to follow instructions

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.

Clean bathrooms (toilets, sinks, showers, tubs, mirrors, fixtures).

Clean kitchens (counters, sinks, appliances, cabinets, stovetops).

Make beds, change linens, and tidy bedrooms and living spaces.

Empty trash bins and replace liners.

Handle deep-cleaning tasks as needed (e.g., ovens, refrigerators, baseboards, windows).

Follow client-specific instructions and respect client privacy and property.

Maintain cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues.
