Restoration Technician

We are looking for a technician to grow with our locally owned and operated restoration company. Don’t know what restoration is? Just ask! No experience in the industry is necessary. Job Duties:

Water extraction

Set up and monitor remediation equipment.

Fire damage and smoke cleanings.

Perform demolition.

Clean up and debris removal.

Containment Set-up

Decontaminating

Carpentry repairs.

Responsibilities:

- Perform restoration tasks including water removal, equipment operation, environmental monitoring, demolition, mold remediation, fire restoration, and decontamination.

- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively

- Operate company software from smart phone

- Work efficiently to meet project deadlines

- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines in the restoration industry

What We Want:

- Experience in restoration, other trades, or hands-on industries are helpful but not required.

- Problem solving, strong work ethic, flexibility and willingness to learn and adjust to new situations.

- Must have the ability to operate hand tools and power tools proficiently

- Driver’s License is Required

- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

- Availability to work a rotating on-call schedule. Available for regular overtime.

-Good written and verbal communication skills.

- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environments

- Willing to travel for training for up to 1 week.
