Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them in finding the perfect products to meet their needs. Duties:

- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Assist customers in finding products and provide product knowledge

- Conduct sales transactions accurately using the cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays

- Meet or exceed sales goals by upselling and cross-selling products

- Process customer returns and exchanges according to company policies

- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner

- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and maintain a positive work environment

Requirements:

- Previous retail sales experience preferred, but not required

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficient in cash handling procedures

- Basic math skills for retail calculations

- Knowledge of electronic devices, wireless products, or jewelry sales is a plus

- Fluency in multiple languages is an asset

- Excellent time management and organizational skills
